Hi it Thembi....I'm having a problem with identity protea glen mall .I opened an account in September never used it till mid oct buying my son boxer that cost R130 an woman sleepas R220..but I had to take back the sleepas as there were not good quality...an had a R50 discount on my first purchase as they say.. so my problem now is they say I owe them R250 which I don't know how did it get to be that amount as I returned the sleepas that costed R220.so according to my counting I'm owing them R100 as I had a R30 discount for those boxer...also I have a 12 months plan so my instrument should be R30 or less not that R95 they say I must pay...Please help to sort it out as I still want to continue with my account but not willing to pay for something I didn't buy.
