Account Application
Yesterday I went to apply for store card at Identity, but my application was declined due to the fact that my expenses were too high. I could not understand this as the sales lady assisting me added an extra R2000 (in the monthly expenditure column) after I stipulated all my monthly expenses. I have a good credit record and would like to know why this happened.
