Absolutely Useless!
<p>I am being harassed on a daily bases by receiving numerous calls and sms messages accusing me falsely of my account not being up to date. PLEASE STOP! I am sick of being threatened by them. I have sent numerous emails with proof of payment to prove that my account is paid and up to date. I will take this further to the Consumers Act as I am being harasses by Identity and their useless call centre agents wgo have no clue of what is going on. This is unacceptable and I will not leave this here. </p>
