I went to identity menlyn and saw a dress on sale and the price on the tag was R30 i went to pay and i was told that the price is not R30 i should be realistic.i td the store manager that i have the right to pay R30 as it is the price on the tag and he refused saying its their mistake. I called the customer service and they called the store and i was informed that the area manager will take my details and contact me.The store manager left me there to do the store banking. After keeping me there unattended and not acknowledging that he left me unattended and not apologizing he td me that he called and the area manager advised that i can buy the dress for R280,meaning they are giving me R70 off on top of the sale price.The original price of the dress was R699 and the sale price was R350. I bought the dress for R280 and mow i want to take it back and buy it for R30 as it was the price on the tag. I have been ****** and cheated by the store
