48 Hours still no feedback.

She informed them that her account was last active in 2012 when she lost the card and also been in accident. She is no longer able to walk. She requested for me (her son) to get additional card and Debit Order to be loaded on my bank account. Customer Care said we should put all this in e mail and forward to [Email Removed] This is exactly what we did and still 48 hours later no feedback.

Is this how Truworths/Identity do their client services ???

I need this to be sorted ASAP and additional card to be done with immediate effect and this mess to be sorted.

I can be contacted on ***.

My Case number [] {***}.
