Such pathetic service. Identity are ******. They charged full prices on sale items. Also app**** vouchers to purchases and charged full prices. The account has been overpaid and still no credit. Called their customer service who put me on hold 4 almost an hour and never bothered getting back to me. Nobody ever called with a resolution what nonsense
