I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent visit to your store. As a identity loyal customer, I was shocked and upset by the behavior of your staff.

Upon entering the store, I overheard staff members laughing and mocking a customer's phone, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. As someone who values inclusivity and respect, I was appalled by their actions.

I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take necessary actions to ensure your staff understands the importance of providing a welcoming environment for all customers.
