Bad service

A lady by the name of Malanie I think, from Trueworts group called me on Friday the 26th and spoke to me in a very strange stone as if she wasn't expecting a complain from someone who would sound the way I did and I found that very undermining. I'm still waiting for her feedback on some "investigation", I just fail to understand how long does it take for them to investigate a simple thing as in why wasn't I allowed to fit a dress that I wanted to buy for my birthday and the horrible service I received in that store.

I'm quite annoyed and disappointed. I would like to have someone who will talk to me in a respectful way or rather have them communicate with me via email.
