Poor customer Service

<p>On Friday de 15th of June I went 2 Identity store 2 have my account activated after being approved on their sms line,I was then assisted by a lady called Sindi, I produced my id which I accept it was torn as it is an old one but the service I got from this lady was a terrible reflection of customer care,her attitude and the way she spoke to me was as if she is doing me a favour, I like de brand n de store but i now have a different perception n I don't see my self going back to dis store again.</p>
