********** provider - Never returned R20k deposit

This entity is a **** as a security service provider. From first contact, we asked and he said he had a team of people to respond to security calls. BUT-he is a one man band. When we saw his reality - we told him that we would not continue as he had falsely portrayed his company's extent of persons and he agreed then that he alone would respond to home security issues. HIs partner left.<br> He accepted our R20 000 deposit. Turns out he quoted on and installed improper equipment for our security syste's scope of work. At our request - he sent people and took back all the equipment and promised, in writing, to repay the deposit when the equipment supplier had paid him back. Now - almost a year later - we have seen nothing back and he has never rep**** to any phone calls or emails since last July. Sherrif noticedelievered January. Court case pending. <br> He is known by other local security professionals as having dubious credentials in terms of providing any useful security response. We are still out the R20k deposit - and trying to recover that legally. No response. AVOID THIS PERSON/COMPANY - its seems to be a classic ****entity misrepresenting that it provides 'security'.
