I adopted a dog from the SPCA who require that I pay for the Identipet chip that he came with, which I did. It was included in my adoption fee.

I never signed up for any contract with Identipet.

Now I'm being charged an ongoing annual fee.

What makes it worse is that I sadly no longer have my dog.
