Identipet Admin is Pathetic.

I had my dog chipped with Identipet in 2017. Each time I try upload a photo to her profile I get "Access Denied". I have been begging and pleading with them for years now to please investigate and fix. They keep telling me it's fixed and in 2024 we still sitting with "Access Denied". 7 years now. What does it help I can't even post a photo and an SOS goes out? Very dismal poor service.
