I put a tracing chip in my cat. All my other animals have Verbac chips in them and have never sent be a bill to pay for the service. They are an international company and I can change all relevant details online!!! why the hell do I need to pay identipet a sent for doing nothing!!! I proceeded to phone the company and was told that I will pay them since their property is in my cat!!! So I put the phone down and proceeded to call the vet. The vet had never heard of paying for the service!!!! This company is ripping people off and threating to take legal action.
