Worst Service and Experience ever

Wish I read reviews before placing my order. Worst experience ever, no communication no transparency, total **** really. I received my order and all the items were WRONG and not as I had ordered. I told them I want a refund and they agreed,sent items back the next day. A month later I am still waiting for my refund with no communication and no answer on all platforms. They are busy uploading things on Instagram and Facebook but when I dm them they ghost me!!!!!!I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
