Will take your money, impersonate you online, and NOT deliver your order

My daughter placed an online order with this "company". To date, she has not received the item she ordered, had to make a second purchase as the item was a gift, and has received no response to her emails or messages. I believe that this company is not legitimate (its "legal" information is not based on SA laws) and that in essence, it is *****ing money from unsuspecting customers who never receive their orders.

As well as not getting her money back, it appears that the company created a **** review using her details to improve their rating. This is impersonation and is *******.

Do not buy from Idee Kreatives or any company that does not provide proper contact details, including a physical address.
