******* posing as suppliers

I placed an order with this supplier in July and they commited to deliver by August. Post the delivery date, i followed up to check what the delay was and they started giving me stories about the quality of material and colour not being available. They offered me a refund and i accepted. 2 weeks later, i followed up and they sent me a refund form to complete , and told me it would take 30 days. Mid september as the 30days was approaching, i followed up and they said they would get back to me. We are now nearing the end of Oct and there is still no refund in sight. This is the 2nd time i got a disservice from this company and they are not committed to customer satisfaction. There are no means of client query support but they are very quick to make false promises and take your money!! I had ro report them to the consumer rights board before my previous delivery was made. They are a pain to deal with and people have to know!! I want my money and i want it now!!
