****! False advertising and no communication from the company!

I am very disappointed with their service. I order keychains using a promo code that they advertised on Instagram. This however was false advertising because apparently the promo code was only valid for ons keychain, but when I entered it on the website the promo code subtracted the entire amount of my cart. In the en I just had to pay for courier. After waiting a week for confirmation they contacted me and informed me that the code was only valid for one keychain, so I had to pay in or only receive one. This is absolutely ridiculous! The company should have ensured that their coupon code is working correctly BEFORE advertising. I emailed them back and told them this, after a month of emails and absolutely no replies I received an email a week ago that said my order has been shipped. Firstly I don’t even know what order because I have been trying to cancel it for a month now and secondly the order still hasn’t arrived. They are terrible with communicating, they simply ignored my emails, whatsapps and calls. This is truly a **** and I would urge everyone to stay away!
