I ordered key holders on the 8th of March 2021 and received a confirmation email to say that my order has been received along with an invoice. On the 17th of March I made a follow-up via WhatsApp with the “company” on the following number *** which happens to be the business WhatsApp account and was told that my order will be delivered “next week”. I asked them about the order yesterday (23 March) and received no response. They do not have an address, the web just says they are based in Auckland Park, Johannesburg. I would not advise anyone to order gifts from this company, it could be a fly by night. Unprofessional and a lot of people are complaining about it. I just want my money back.
