****MERS!! STAY AWAY!!

I ordered branded items for Christmas gifts. The order was placed and paid for on the 23rd of November. I was told delivery will be in 7-10 working days. The last communication I received from them was an order confirmation via email and WhatsApp message to confirm order and payment received. This was also on the 23rd of November.

8 January 2024 and I have still not received my order, none of my emails or messages are answered. I even tried calling the cell number. It rings, but no answer. I have asked for updates on my order, asked to please rather cancel the order and refund my money, but I received no response whatsoever.

This is definitely NOT a legitimate business.
