Idee Kreatives takes advantage of customers

I am a young student , who saved pocket money to order a gift for my best friend. I found a small business called Idee Kreatives & chose to go with them as their social media displays good quality products etc. However I found myself being taken advantage of. I placed an order on the 21st of Feb 2020 & patiently waited as their site stated that the process & delivery happens within 7 days, but this was not the case , during this waiting period I received no feedback emails or contact as per their word on the site. I waited 3 weeks for the item which was a customised scatter cushion to the value of R450. I had tried numerous times to contact them but was ignored for days on end. Calls were not answered & their business whatsapp is ineffective, they were constantly online but never rep**** until days after. I was then contacted and told that the delivery will happen on Wednesday 11 March before 5 pm and yet again I was ignored and the item did not arrive. I then called and contacted them only to find that there was a delay which no one informed me about. The next day(Thursday) there was another delay with the delivery (it was due at 6 pm) and I had to run after them to find out about the item, the item then only arrived at 6:30 pm. As per other customers I received improper packaging and no card , along with that the scatter cushion was washed out , the image I chose had absolutely no colour & the text placed on the picture was faded and incomplete . The image was not even fitted correctly as they displayed it to be . I tried contacting them requesting a new pillow to be done & again as they are they are still ignoring me . I am furious & I want a refund , what can I do ? I will not accept this ill treatment & bad service and quality !
