I ordered a personalise lighter for fathers day. I have not received my package and when I send an email no reply, I have called them from the number on Instagram and Facebook and no reply as well as the number on the invoice.

Pathetic service and no produce was produced.

I have requested my refund with no contact from the company.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!
