Idee Kreative ****!!!

I made an order on the 7th of March and then followed up on the 11th which was the 4th business day. They then rep**** that the order takes 5-7 business days. I then started following up in Monday the 15th and got no reply, I emailed again today the 16th which was the 7th business day. They rep**** that their machine broke down yesterday and that all orders are on back order. I told them that it's no excuse, I also said that if I do not get the tracking nr before 17h00 I will open a case at my nearest police station and write a review on facebook and hello peter. They keep declining my whatsapp calls and when I call their number on normal call, it shows no respond. I will open a case as this is *****ing someones money.
