****ed customer

I purchased 2 phone covers last year August till today I’m waiting for my order,what worse is they don’t respond to WhatsApp or emails sometime in November was lucky to get a response and they said the car was ****** while delivering so my order couldn’t get to me and they said they re doing the order till today. All I want is a refund of R529 payment I made on the 08/08/2020 on their FNB account number
