Do not buy from Idee Kreatives unreliable. Still waiting on my order

I ordered a gift for my friend in June very excited, but unfortunately Idee Kreatives didn't deliver its been over a month now its not easy to get hold of them whenever I do I get the same reply it will be delivered next week ,I requested for a refund I haven't recieved an email confirming my cancellation or the refund I'm disappointed been waiting for over 8 days for my refund . I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I just hope its not a ****!!!!
