Disappointing

Ordered items mid-Dec expecting atleast a 10 day delivery period understanding that it's a busy period. After several attempts at contacting them via 4 different platforms, I received a feeble email to say that orders will only be delivered in Jan. Appalling service and communication. Avoid at all costs.
