Complaint about Ideals Jozini
<p>Hi Hellopeter</p> <p>I write to complaint about the treatment I received from Ideals Jozini.</p> <p>I went to the shop on Monday 10/04/2017 and I arrived at exactly 16h50 and the store was already closed. I went away.</p> <p>On Tuesday the 11th of April I went again to the same shop, this time I arrived at exactly 16h48 and as I was walking towards the shop I saw the guy who appeared to be a security guard closing the door.</p> <p>I waited and at 16h51 the guy was opening for the last 3 customers to leave, I asked the guy to let me in and he refused. I asked what was their ecaxt closing time and the guy couldn't answer but all he could say was that he was acting on the instructions of the management.</p> <p>I waited to see what they were gonna do in the shop as there were no more customers and I witnessed two ladies seating down from 16h53 until 17h02 when they left the shop.</p> <p>I'm very furious as this means that I cannot access the shop on weekdays as I knock off at 16h30 and I cannot make it to the shop before 16h45 which seems to be their official closing time.</p> <p>Concerned customer<br />M.
