Your Service Is Just Amazing

I am writing this review on behalf of my fiance. He owns several apartments which we are using Ideal Prepaid both for water and electricity. We were so frustrated coz we couldn't load our tokens but speaking to a gentleman called Matimbe Mashele (i hope I got it right) put us at ease as he helped us step by step with registration and loading of our tokens. To put a cherry on top of this amazing service he called us back to make sure we were alright and all the apartment meters are up and running and sent us different ways to contact the service provider should we need further assistance. If that doesn't say GREAT SERVICE ..... I don't know what would. Thank u IdealPrepaid keep up the good work.
