Working to afford my Utility bill only

After reading the reviews here i feel so helpless. It absolutely makes no sense how someone staying alone can be paying so much money for electricity, of all the agencies we used this one is the worst.

Actually i don't even know what is happening because it wasn't this bad then they had to change my meter due to some damages now I'm seeing flames. An amount that used to last me 3 to 4 weeks only lasts 2 weeks. No man this is too much. I'm so frustrated with this. I asked them to email me meter readings they keep on calling and all i asked is for readings, even when i give them appropriate times to call they don't call bck.
