Wonderful service from Mpho Khosi
I called Ideal Prepaid twice this week questioning my invoice for water, the 1st time I spoke to some gentle I don't remember his name because he didn't/couldn't help me.
Today (07/10/2022) I called again in the morning I spoke to Mpho Khosi and he went over and above to try and assist me, he would call me to give me feedback. He escalated my matter, I received emails to say that my invoice will be fixed.
I would like to thank Mpho Khosi from Ideal Prepaid for assisting and going over and above my expectations. Mpho Khosi has an excellent service.
