What a useless call centre

Pathetic service. Sent from pillar to post just to change account holder details. Call centre agents don't know what they are doing. Agent by the name of Thulani sounded like he also doesn't know company processes or procedures. Agent handling our case was said to be Sthembile but could help us from last week already. Call centre keeps hanging up my calls. Was told to wait to be sent to the registration department yet they keep hanging up. Pathetic business to work with.
