I loaded our meter and the bank link was offline, I called and Mongezi assisted me. Within minutes he explained that they were aware of the bank down but would assist me and that is exactly what happened. I received the code and Mongezi called to follow up as promised. I am super impressed with his manners, professionalism and eagerness to assist. I am a business owner and it is rare to find staff like this nowadays.
