Water meter issue

Had a huge problem with no water and the UNIPIN not working to load up our meter. Contacted in for assistance and we were helped by Thato Ndlovu. Such a professional, great, patient, understanding and excellent lady she was. the first time she said I will call you back I literally thought here we go again with these help desks. and indeed she called me back and even though the issue is still not sorted, but her assistance during those hours and that thing of don't worry I will follow up took away all that anger. thank you so much Thato.
