Violation of the POPI act as well as the Electricity Act

This company intentionally cut our access to purchasing prepaid electricity leaving my family (including my 1 year old child) without electricity for 4 days. This is a violation of section 27 of the electrical act. We have had several telephone conversations with the company requesting recordings of our calls which is in line with the POPI act however the organization refuses to adhere to the requirements of the POPI act as well.
