Very Expensive and Day Light *******
I spend more than R2200 a month on electricity which is something I never experienced before. I used to spend way less than that. Firstly Ideal units are tooo little R500 only gives 193 units . Secondly the units goes very quick, 193 units only last for 4 days . No one is at home during the day as we all go to work or school but guess what? Units keep on decreasing. I have never experienced any issues with electricity until Ideal came in my life. Can you kindly provide a very clear explanation. Please do not come with the body corporate story because they said they do not know anything

I would like to highlight that rates are not set by IdealPrepaid, the rates are determined by the landlord/body corporate/managing agents, in fact they have access to amend the rates themselves. The recovery of monies due to the municipality are of their responsibility.
