Tiisetso was absolutely brilliant.. he rescued me from having a bad day. His service alone is 10/10. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the communication provided by company itself as well as the body corporate here is rather misleading. The agents didn’t know anything about my discontinued meter query but the comms were already circulated. In a nutshell though, besides the communication breakdown which I don’t believe is the agents’ fault actually... I appreciated the service from Tiisetso 💯
