This evening we had a spot of trouble, after loadshedding ended our meter came on but the house remained dark. The meter saved us from a power surge and a gentleman working for IdealPrepaid's customer support call center was able to get it running in no time flat with excellent and friendly service. Thank you again Tahleho for your help!
