I just want to extend my gratitude and prompt response from Mongezi Mbomvu |Service Agent who is ethical and managed to make my problem his own regarding our water meter number which was changed but somehow ideal water didn’t change the meter number but he managed to solve the problem, he is great at his job and gave the best service also by keeping checking up on me.
