Terrible Customer Service
My company has experienced terrible customer service from Ideal Prepaid. Their agents have absolutely no sense of urgency and they are unresponsive to queries. I have queries that have not been resolved in over 5 months with no form of communication and feedback. They simply ignore emails and follow up calls.
If you want products, rather go to their many competitors instead
