Steven Tshisikane is a well groomed public servant.He know what is customer services.I had a water meter crisis but he took his time to resolve the issue.From morning others failed but from i called in he picked up the fone professionally he listened and started 18h00 pm to 20h00pm until the issue was resolved.All was done via a phone giving direction, trying options but he mastered and figured it out we finally manage to load in water.I would recommend you give him promotion in terms of elevating him.I got the best service 💯 big up Steven very professional. I have learnt that yiu do not give up hence I was running out of patience but he said no let's try something else of course it really worked thank you Steven.
