Star service from Mongezi Mbomvu

I want to share the amazing service received from Mongezi. I have dealt with multiple people regarding my prepaid electricity account and the hassles I have faced with the new Capitec Business Account. The only consultant who was patient, kind and willing to help thoroughly was Mongezi. We are all customers somewhere, and he has restored my faith in customer service.

Thank you to that gentlemen who made sure my issue was resolved, gave me an alternative, waited for me to test the alternative and called me back as promised.
