So called "service" is $#!T
So called service??? IS TERRIBLE! Please if you are considering using Idealprepaid RATHER LOOK FOR A SERVICE PROVIDER THAT ACTUALLY PROVIDES THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR. With these guys you will pay for a token and have to call them 3-4 even 5 times and waste your money further to beg them for your token. They will provide you with a "solution" through a complaint from your landlord to send an email of proof of payment to *** and even this counts for nothing as this email address is obviously not monitored. I have bought a token yesterday at 18:00pm it is now the next day 9:20am and yet again I have to continuously call them just to get the service I have already been charged for. My landlord however has advised that we will be looking at actually service providers we can move to where we can actually get the service we are paying for.
We are terribly sorry to hear about your poor experience. Whilst we try our outmost to deliver exceptional service we rely on network providers from financial institutions to deliver notifications, certain things like loadshedding, network towers that are out, limit us from delivering the service you deserve. We will look into the many calls that you made and take appropriate action. We are also working with the service providers to improve on delivery.
