Sickening prepaid rates
<p>Why are your rates so high? You need to reduce the rates at 51 Juta street (Broadway) where you are charging students exhorbitant rates on your prepaid meters. </p> <p> </p>

The rates that you are paying are determined by your landlord. If you are the tenant, i would kindly advise that you speak to your landlord directly.
The landlord sets the rates and not our office or the business.

I am the Landlord and I am definitely not receiveing the profit made on each recharge.
This is a sectional title building, Broadway (51 Juta Street, Braamfontein). So does this mean that the body corp is gaining from this, if it isn't your company?
