Good day , I called this morning with an enquiry about my water bill , I spoke to Lilian kiti and tje service I got was exceptional , she was kind and polite and we'll spoken , all the questions I had she rep**** me with an open heart and made it clear to me so I could understand , My issue was resolved in a manner that is above normal standards , she acted in a very professional manner and I'm glad u have an employee like her
