Refund

The call centre followed up promptly and always kept us updated on the progress. Pity the Accounts Dept can't follow suit and cancelled the payment without notifying colleagues- Call Centre had to run after the reason why it was cancelled for unknown reason... I asked for proof of payment, still waiting. Claudia and Divine keep up the good work!
