R750 call out fee

I bought electricity and then i could not load the units it kept on saying failed.i then phoned idealprepaid and spoke to i think he his name is Nomfundo or something,any way went through a whole lot of idealprepaid processes to load the units and we could not get it to load.they said they would get in touch with the managing agent a call was booked and a support guy came out did his thing and said that there is nothing wrong with the unit after me speaking to THE AGENT at IDEAl and he could not sort it out they now want to pass on a call fee to me
