Queen is the BEST
Was assisted by Queen Mgidi over an electricity issue which left me without electricity for 3 days in 20 minutes. She was patient with us, explaining the hows and why's as she was seeing on the system. Keep up the good work, we highly appreciate what you did for us and wish more agents/consultants could learn a thing or two about the type of customer service you gave us.
