Prepaid units missing

On 5 November 2020 I purchased R1000 of lights which was 378.30 units. I had 25 units left. After loading it onto my prepaid meter it shows 335.10 units left. What happened to my 68.20 units? This is ****************. My prepaid unit number is ***9
