Poor service delivery

Bought electricity a day ago , it did not pull through on the box , so i called them to get this resolved and i was assured that the matter had been escalated and even assured that a technician had been sent out ..

Its been hours and i have gone a whole day with no power , but still no resolution and still no technician , I am shocked at the blatant lies as well as the fact they could claim that someone has been sent out even though there was no one actually sent out .

I am not to sure if all calls are recoded but hopefully i can report this and have all the evidence pulled through as i am highly disappointed as a customer at the level of service provided as well as the run around i have been given in terms of coming to a resolution.

Mind due i also requested to speak to the managers and were told that they do not work on weekends but i was not forwarded to anyone else that could assist .

The technician themselves has yet to show up as well and it has been hours since they have claimed to be sending one out . They have also not forwarded me the technicians details so there is no way to get in contact with this technician as well
