Poor service

I have been trying for two days to get some help, tried phoning sent mails no response Ideal is the service provider for my complex I having a problem with, after a year I get accused of tampering with my unit ideal gives out a hand written report half scratched out with no explanation. However my electricity purchases remain the same,, trying to get hold of them to inspect the meter
