Pleasant experience with Joel

I had such a pleasant experience with Joel. He helped me solve a frustrating issue with my prepaid water. I had called more than 2 times before with the same issue but no one seemed to resolve it and found myself spending more money than I should. Joel was soo keen to assist and showed patience in understanding the problem to resolve it, even when the signal cut he made sure to call me back to complete the task with me. I am absolutely pleased with his mannerism,respect and helpful attitude. Give that man a raise! Thank you Joel,I am sure you are this pleasant with everyone that you assist.
